We got up at 4:45am and headed to the town of Denali to get on a bus at 6am which would provided us a guided tour of of the first 60 miles into Denali National Park. Private vehicles are only allowed to go 29 miles into the park. The round trip took us about 8 hours and it was well worth it as you can see from the photos. We had a beautifully clear day and say Mt. McKinley, a wolf, a fox, grizzle bears, moose, golden eagle, caribou, a lynx and the wonderful mountains, valleys and God's creations in all their glory. I shot almost 500 photos today so it will take you a little while to view them. Some photos look the same as I was shooting as many as I could to get the best shots. NOTE:just noticed that only 89 of the almost 500 photos have uploaded. It may be a few days before I am able to upload the othe photos as I need a good Internet connection and that may not happen until I get back into the states.
